Our search method and evaluation process have been developed in order to assist all types of organisations across all industries. Our consultants are experienced professionals who have the skills to find and to motivate the right candidates both locally and internationally.
We work in a very target-orientated manner and achieve the highest success rate via a radically different approach to research. We do not limit our mapping to our network or the databases, but always research the real market: we pick up the phone and map all companies of interest in order to reach all candidates of interest. At an early stage we at Human Search saw a need to be able to meetour clients demand for an international presence. We are currently successfully active throughout the Nordic region and are growing fast in the Baltic States, Russia and Ukraine. In these countries, there is a need from Western countries to find the right key individuals and domestic companies increasingly also require professional recruitment services.

Our model works equally well in every country and as a company you can, of course, expect the same efficient, professional treatment in whichever country you are located. We also have the experience we need to avoid the pitfalls and complications associated with this business.

We have been challenging our competitors for nearly ten years. Back in 2002, the founders of Human Search realised that companies and organisations had a constantly growing need to find the right employees efficiently and fast. The market was ripe for a new type of operator – Human Search. Today we are one of Sweden´s fastest growing headhunting companies.
